Having once loathed hanging upside down in Adho Mukha Svanasana (AKA down dog), my world was turned right side up, coincidentally while hanging upside down, in my first yoga class with TaraMarie Perri. Not only was I able to appreciate what yoga could do for myself, but I also became interested in how I could use yoga to help others. Now a certified yoga teacher through the Mind Body Dancer® 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, I come to the mat for myself and for my students.
